Responsibilities
- Establish silicon and package qualification plans for reliability assessment studies.
- Lead planning and execution of reliability activities during product development and qualification.
- Communicate with offshore factories and reliability labs for test qualifications.
- Coordinate debug and analysis of reliability observations and drive corrective actions.
- Perform reliability modeling estimations and lifetime projections.
- Work with foundry partners to align product qualification requirements.
- Utilize statistical analysis software for reliability modeling.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Semiconductor IC Product Development and high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills and experience with data presentation.
- Knowledge of stress test methodologies and semiconductor fabrication.
- Understanding of package assembly processes and reliability mechanisms.
- Proficiency in reliability modeling techniques and statistical analysis software.
- Experience with Silicon Failure Analysis methods and high-bandwidth memory (HBM) is desired.
