Responsibilities
- Develop and debug ATE test patterns and test flows.
- Ensure device testability and manufacturability from development through production.
- Optimize test flows for increased quality and cost improvement.
- Analyze part failures leading to test flow improvement.
- Characterize and debug new silicon designs and process technologies.
- Analyze characterization data.
- Collaborate with Design and Platform Engineering for root cause analysis.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with scan hardware compressions, failure mechanisms, and debug processes.
- Knowledge of modern SRAM cell operation and memory BIST engine.
- Understanding of modern microprocessor architecture and analog DFT.
- Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.
- Strong communication skills, including data presentation.
- Proficiency in Java, Perl, C++, and Unix.
- Academic credentials: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
