Responsibilities
- Develop characterization test plans and highlight test coverage holes.
- Create and debug ATE test patterns and test flows.
- Ensure device testability and manufacturability from development through production.
- Optimize test flows for increased quality and cost improvement.
- Analyze part failures to improve test flows.
- Characterize and debug new silicon designs and process technologies.
- Analyze characterization data.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiarity with scan hardware compressions, failure mechanisms, and debug processes.
- Knowledge of modern microprocessor architecture and analog DFT.
- Proficiency in Java, Perl, C++, and Unix.
- Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for data presentation.
- Familiarity with JTAG and ATE test program knowledge.
