Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design for Data Center GPU products at chip module, card, system-level, rack, and data center level.
- Manage work assignments and coordinate results with a cross-functional team.
- Develop relationships with OEM/ODM customers.
- Focus on technology development and productization of mechanical architecture.
- Conduct mechanical feature definition, package technology development, and mechanical modeling.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in mechanical design processes.
- Review and update the technology roadmap and product development execution plan.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Experience in server infrastructure design and mechanical analysis.
- Proficiency in Solidworks and Creo CAD; Ansys knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams and external partners.
- Experience in project management of multiple technically diverse programs.
- Advanced Engineering degree is a plus.
