Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design for AMD Data Center GPU products.
- Collaborate with silicon design, board engineering, and validation teams.
- Manage work assignments and coordinate results with a cross-functional team.
- Focus on technology development and productization of mechanical architecture.
- Conduct mechanical feature definition, design, and modeling.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in mechanical design.
- Review and update the technology roadmap and product development execution plan.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in mechanical design and server architecture.
- Proficiency in Solidworks and Creo CAD; Ansys knowledge is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of mechanical analysis and design for manufacture.
