Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of firmware for AMD SoCs.
- Debug and validate firmware and software.
- Provide consultation on AMD features and programming requirements.
- Collaborate with firmware engineers and developers across various IPs.
- Oversee day-to-day firmware development work.
- Ensure quality production of firmware.
- Communicate technical information effectively to internal and external customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Multiple years of related firmware experience.
- Expert-level experience in producing quality firmware.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for firmware development.
