Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer programs for datacenter GPU engagements.
- Drive customer satisfaction and uptime targets through cross-functional coordination.
- Lead technical engagements for proof-of-concept and production ramp.
- Define program governance, milestones, and KPIs.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering for customer feedback.
- Oversee customer-facing support and escalation processes.
- Develop playbooks and methodologies for large-scale deployments.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in managing large customer programs for datacenter GPUs.
- Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure and GPU software stacks.
- Experience with production ramps and complex validation activities.
- Strong operational discipline with KPI definition experience.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
- Background in program management or technical account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.
