Responsibilities
- Design and build the technician training program for MHE installation.
- Coordinate the buildout and operations of training centers.
- Develop and manage the technician certification program and skills matrix.
- Procure and stage training equipment that replicates real installation conditions.
- Create and maintain training content in Amazon's Learn tool.
- Track training completion and certification status across personnel.
- Build and manage the new hire onboarding process integrating safety training.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- 5+ years of managing multiple large projects experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience.
- Strong technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
- Preferred: Master's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
- Preferred: Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and operations engineering tools.
- Preferred: 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
