Responsibilities
- Design and build the technician training program for MHE installation.
- Coordinate the buildout and operations of training centers.
- Develop and manage the technician certification program and skills matrix.
- Procure and stage training equipment for hands-on pre-certification training.
- Create and maintain training content in Amazon's Learn tool.
- Track training completion and certification status across personnel.
- Build and manage the new hire onboarding process.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- 5+ years of managing multiple large projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
- Preferred Master's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
- Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma.
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
