Responsibilities
- Lead hardware development processes from concept to mass production.
- Develop schedules and project milestones balancing technical risks.
- Manage day-to-day project execution and oversee roadmap development.
- Coordinate with Contract Manufacturer partners for product development.
- Enforce engineering rigor and manage executive expectations.
- Track program risks and drive closure on engineering issues.

Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with engineering teams.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
- Strong understanding of project management disciplines including risk management.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLA's for driving business performance.
- Ability to manage international travel for team collaboration and hardware support.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
