Responsibilities
- Work closely with Contract Manufacturers to develop leading eero products.
- Instill and promote a standard for hardware maturity and enforce engineering rigor.
- Structure long-range roadmap development and stay updated on industry trends.
- Define the hardware schedule and manage critical paths and build cadence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for overall hardware development communication.
- Track program risks and drive resolution on engineering issues.
- Organize design maturity reviews and enforce project milestones.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
- Preferred: 5+ years of project management experience, including risk management.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLA's for driving business performance.
- Willingness to travel internationally (minimum 25%).
