Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of OMHS Integration & Deployment standards and policies.
- Serve as the authority for installation, commissioning, quality, and handoff execution.
- Translate engineering designs and safety requirements into executable standards.
- Establish a governance model for standard creation and approval.
- Validate standards through engagement with execution teams.
- Manage deviation and exception processes with risk assessment.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into standards.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years managing large projects.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
- Preferred: Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Preferred: Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma.
