Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of standards, policies, and work instructions for OMHS Integration & Deployment.
- Serve as the authority for installation, commissioning, quality, and handoff execution.
- Translate engineering designs and safety requirements into executable standards.
- Establish a governance model for standard creation and approval.
- Ensure standards are clear and validated through engagement with execution teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into updated standards.
- Identify and resolve gaps or conflicts in existing standards before scaling.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years managing multiple large projects.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
- Preferred: Master's degree in engineering or related fields.
- Preferred: Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma.
