Responsibilities
- Guide an interdisciplinary team to execute product designs from concept to production.
- Design and integrate holistic electromechanical hardware solutions for complex problems.
- Create detailed design specifications, 3D models, and schematics for robotic systems.
- Develop and debug embedded systems, sensors, and automation controllers.
- Conduct simulation, evaluation, testing, and validation of robotic systems.
- Perform root cause analysis on system failures and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations for product launch.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, or related field.
- Experience in developing functional specifications and design verification plans.
- SolidWorks or similar CAD experience.
- Hands-on experience crafting proof-of-concept models and prototypes.
- Extensive system design experience interfacing with electro-mechanical subsystems.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to communicate concepts and write technical documents effectively.
