Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and circuit boards for AI ambient computing devices.
- Own the complete electrical engineering lifecycle, including schematic capture and design validation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Hardware to define hardware architecture and product roadmaps.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to integrate electrical systems into product solutions.
- Conduct design reviews, failure analysis, and troubleshooting for product reliability.
- Develop and execute test plans for validation and compliance testing.
- Source components and manage BOMs for manufacturability.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of new hardware product development experience.
- 7+ years of engineering team management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in DFx (cost, test, manufacturing).
- Experience managing teams of 8+ engineers.
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies (preferred).
- Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering (preferred).
