Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Set project priorities and drive schedules with stakeholders.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering system and automated equipment designs.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans.
- Articulate system designs and specifications to internal customers.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, etc.).
- Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Operations Management experience with automation projects.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
