Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects, ensuring delivery on objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering systems and equipment designs.
- Conduct effective meetings, documenting discussions and decisions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT).
- Preferred Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Proven technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
