Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of cross-functional projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions on systems architecture.
- Partner with teams and vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead efforts in delivering systems and equipment designs, optimizing processes.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans effectively.
- Articulate system designs and specifications to internal customers and teams.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).
- Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with design and implementation of automation solutions.
