Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects independently, delivering on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions on systems architecture.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Coordinate execution efforts for systems and automated equipment designs.
- Lead meetings, documenting discussions and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans effectively.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field and experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of design and implementation of automation solutions.
- Proven technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
