Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive project schedules.
- Lead system and automated equipment design execution per standards.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans.
- Articulate system and equipment designs to internal customers.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving automated systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT).
- Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
