Responsibilities
- Own the strategic vision and execution of a global reliability framework.
- Partner with engineering, site leadership, and regional teams globally.
- Build scalable processes and technical capabilities for continuous improvement.
- Lead and scale the Global FMEA Program, establishing standardized methodologies.
- Develop program infrastructure, including training curricula and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors for comprehensive FMEAs.
- Build and mentor a network of FMEA practitioners across global sites.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field.
- Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and operations engineering tools.
- 5+ years of Reliability Program Manager experience.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience owning large-scale cross-functional programs.
- Strong technical background in material handling equipment.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification preferred.
