Responsibilities
- Support and guide installation of robotics, packaging, and sortation technologies at Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Develop detailed knowledge of robotic systems and guide installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage technical ambiguity around integration of work cells in fulfillment centers.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering, technical program managers, and operations teams.
- Travel to project sites to ensure alignment on program status.
- Manage day-to-day project scheduling and budget management.
- Lead teams of engineers on projects and implement continuous improvement activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 2+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with building scripts, tooling, and automation for large-scale computing environments.
- Knowledge of configuration management systems like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
- Experience in network capture and systems troubleshooting.
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
