Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and networked systems.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers for technical oversight.
- Develop process documentation and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams during deployments.
- Ensure project delivery meets key performance indicators related to quality and safety.
- Conduct retrospective reviews and capture lessons learned for future projects.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, or IT networked systems.
- 2+ years of experience with technical drawings and CAD models.
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting robotics or complex mechanical-electrical systems.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions and project reporting.
- Ability to travel extensively (75% travel required).
