Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Lead troubleshooting and integration of electro-mechanical and networked systems.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers to ensure successful deployments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and document processes.
- Manage escalations during deployments, ensuring quality and operational readiness.
- Travel extensively across the US and potentially internationally for project support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead teams during installations.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- Experience with technical drawings and CAD models.
- Field experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse settings.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting robotics or complex systems.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
