Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with robotic equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers during deployments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for deployment processes.
- Develop and modify process documentation for new products.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
- Lead teams of engineers during various phases of product life cycle deployments.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- 2+ years of experience with technical drawings or CAD models.
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting robotics or complex systems.
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
- Ability to travel extensively (75% travel required).
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
