Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of robotic systems at fulfillment centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with complex electro-mechanical and networked systems.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers on deployment projects.
- Develop process documentation and modify existing processes for new products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned.
- Manage a team of engineers during deployments and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and oversee quality hand-off and testing processes.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or closely related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
- 2+ years of experience with technical drawings and CAD models.
- 1+ years of experience with troubleshooting robotics or complex systems.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions and data reporting.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
