Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of robotic systems at fulfillment centers.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers for technical oversight.
- Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of robotic systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.
- Manage a team of engineers during deployments and resolve escalations.
- Conduct retrospective reviews and capture lessons learned.
- Ensure on-time delivery and quality of projects while managing key performance indicators.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or IT networked systems.
- Proficiency in technical drawings and CAD models.
- Experience in field settings such as construction or warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting robotics or complex mechanical-electrical systems.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
