Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of robotic systems in fulfillment centers.
- Collaborate with a team and project manager for technical oversight.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during deployments.
- Develop and modify process documentation for new products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment processes.
- Manage a small team of engineers during project deployments.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field engineering or related environments.
- Strong foundational knowledge in robotics and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot systems.
- Proficiency in standard office software and technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in field-based environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
