Responsibilities
- Manage multiple simultaneous deployments of industrial automation technologies across various sites.
- Oversee onsite coordination of installation and acceptance testing to achieve project go-live dates.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering, program managers, and internal customers to refine deployment execution documents.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in deployment cycle time, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Resolve technical problems during deployment, balancing time, quality, and resources.
- Create and improve standard work documents and operational guidebooks.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical assessments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 2+ years of Linux systems administration and/or development experience.
- 1+ years of experience in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Experience in a 24/7 production environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in construction or warehouse environments.
