Responsibilities
- Manage the tactical deployment of large-scale industrial automation technologies.
- Own the execution of onsite installation and acceptance testing to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert technical requirements into deployment execution documents.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for deployment cycle time and operational metrics.
- Resolve technical problems during deployment while balancing time, quality, and resources.
- Create and improve standard work documents and operational guidebooks.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical assessments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 2+ years of Linux systems administration and/or development experience.
- 1+ years of experience in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, or Bash/Shell).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Experience working in a 24/7 production environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems and handle multiple competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the US and work in a construction or warehouse environment.
