Responsibilities
- Provide field support for refrigeration sites across assigned geography.
- Manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Oversee the maintenance acceptance of large-scale projects.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to facilities maintenance teams.
- Participate in the design review process and provide recommendations on equipment standardization.
- Travel domestically up to 50%.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong technical background in material handling equipment.
- Master's degree preferred in engineering or related fields.
- Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma.
- Understanding of refrigeration systems and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with low-GWP refrigerants and regulatory requirements.
