Responsibilities
- Provide field support for refrigeration sites, including operations and maintenance.
- Manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Oversee maintenance acceptance during the commissioning of large-scale projects.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to facilities maintenance teams.
- Participate in design review processes and offer guidance on equipment procurement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and refrigeration standards.
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience managing large projects.
- Strong technical background in material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems and troubleshooting.
- Preferred Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience with Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.
