Responsibilities
- Support in the build and development of manufacturing/test hardware and fixtures.
- Define standard operation procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing/test equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers to diagnose and solve issues for yield and throughput improvements.
- Own the Test team calibration process, coordinating equipment intake and tracking.
- Develop and maintain the Test team tool program for development and production stations.
- Collaborate with the facility team for preventative maintenance of test chambers.
- Organize the propulsion lab and manage floor space layout.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in a high-volume production environment.
- 2+ years of relevant hardware manufacturing/testing experience.
- Experience with precision calibrated test equipment.
- Preferred experience with vacuum/pressurized gas systems and test execution software.
- Knowledge of clean room requirements and FOD/ESD sensitive hardware.
- Experience contributing to documentation and procedures.
