Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Propulsion Design Engineering and flight operations stakeholders.
- Execute defined propulsion operational responses and monitor system health.
- Support investigation and troubleshooting of in-flight anomalies.
- Document operational instructions and procedures for other operators.
- Develop and enhance operational procedures, both manual and automated.
- Identify and assess operational risks, contributing to risk management strategies.
- Respond to urgent on-call situations and work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering-related field.
- 3+ years of professional work experience.
- Knowledge of programming languages (C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl).
- Experience with real-time system monitoring and anomaly response.
- Ability to work at computer workstations for extended periods.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software.
