Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Propulsion Design Engineering and flight operations stakeholders.
- Execute defined propulsion operational responses and monitor system health.
- Support investigation and troubleshooting of in-flight anomalies.
- Develop and enhance operational procedures, both manual and automated.
- Create and review scripted operations procedures and improve telemetry monitoring.
- Identify and assess operational risks and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure operational processes align with safety and performance standards.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of industry work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
- Experience with version control systems and real-time system monitoring.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with anomaly response.
- Demonstrated ability to execute technical procedures and follow operational protocols.
