Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner
- Support and manage daily production operations and eliminate blockers and/or part shortages
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve production issues
- Provide design for manufacturability feedback and drive continuous improvement to hardware
- Collaborate with process, quality, and design engineers to improve manufacturing processes
- Support the technician team by resolving obstacles and collaborating on non-conformances
- Specify and build or procure tools and line equipment for hardware builds
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with prototyping and implementation
- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools (preferred)
- Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high standards
- Collaborative mindset to work with various engineering teams
