Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner.
- Support and manage daily production operations and eliminate blockers and/or part shortages.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve production issues.
- Provide design for manufacturability feedback and drive positive continuous change to hardware.
- Work with process, quality, and design engineers to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Support the technician team in resolving obstacles and non-conformances.
- Specify and build or procure tools and line equipment for Kuiper hardware builds.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years supporting production in a manufacturing capacity or related field.
- 2+ years experience with enterprise systems.
- 2+ years experience with RCCA.
- BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (preferred).
- Basic experience in supporting production of space hardware through development, QTP, and flight hardware ATP.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
