Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project roadmaps and plans for stakeholder transparency.
- Drive program delivery to meet timeline goals while exceeding quality standards.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects and provide clear direction.
- Participate in the full system development lifecycle, including test plan execution.
- Conduct technical deep dives into advanced technology applications and systems.
- Develop innovative solutions through collaboration with vendors and teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of experience as a project engineer or in related occupations.
- Experience managing large material handling or automation projects.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Design and/or implementation experience with integrated automation solutions.
- Experience with SQL queries and data mining is a plus.
- Knowledge of automated material handling equipment and high-speed manufacturing.
