Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations after onboarding.
- Disposition and resolve test failures and hardware non-conformances.
- Improve test automation, data acquisition, and analysis for efficiency.
- Collaborate with hardware subsystem owners to maintain test coverage.
- Refine test requirements and methodologies with hardware subsystem owners.
- Train operators in executing developed testing processes.
- Identify process improvements and optimize testing efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or test processes.
- 1+ years of experience investigating and resolving hardware/test failures.
- 1+ years of experience in a space flight production environment.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts from Friday to Monday after onboarding.
- Preferred experience in maintaining/improving test processes in production.
- Experience with electrical test equipment and data acquisition systems.
