Responsibilities
- Provide PCB/PCBA DFM feedback and address manufacturing challenges early in product development.
- Drive the PCBA Manufacturing Qualification process and lead key milestone reviews.
- Investigate and develop new manufacturing technologies to enhance quality and cost.
- Resolve operational issues during pre-production builds and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Investigate production failures and implement continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify opportunities for risk reduction in PCBA manufacturing processes.
- Monitor product and process success through production ramp and report progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in PCBA/PCB production and manufacturing engineering.
- Familiarity with board assembly processes and equipment.
- Experience leading DFX reviews for manufacturability and quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with teams.
- Strong writing skills.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree and additional years of experience in relevant fields.
