Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Set project priorities and establish milestones with internal teams and vendors.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans effectively.
- Articulate system and equipment designs to internal customers and partners.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for engineering efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT).
- Preferred experience in Operations Management or Distribution Center projects.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Technical leadership experience in industrial engineering projects.
