Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Coordinate project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering system and equipment designs.
- Communicate project status and risk analysis to stakeholders.
- Document meeting discussions and ensure alignment on expectations.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
- Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
- Proven technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
