Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to set priorities and drive schedules.
- Coordinate execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs.
- Lead meetings to ensure alignment on project objectives and document discussions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for engineering efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT).
- Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proven technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
