Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the lifecycle of challenging projects to meet business objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Oversee execution of systems and automated equipment designs.
- Lead meetings, document discussions, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for engineering efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in a related engineering or project management role.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with automated systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
- Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
- Technical leadership experience in industrial engineering projects.
