Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging cross-functional projects.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to set project priorities and milestones.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs.
- Communicate project status and risk analysis effectively.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Travel up to 80% domestically for project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with automated equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Technical leadership experience in industrial engineering projects.
