Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of complex projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to set project priorities and deadlines.
- Coordinate execution efforts in delivering systems and equipment designs.
- Lead meetings to align on business and technical discussions.
- Communicate project status and risk management plans effectively.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and automated systems.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).
- Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
- Technical leadership in industrial engineering projects.
