Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering systems and equipment designs.
- Conduct effective meetings and document discussions and decisions.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for engineering efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in related engineering roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field, operations management experience, and familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
