Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects and deliver on project objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Partner with teams and vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans.
- Articulate system and equipment designs to internal customers.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for team efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, etc.).
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Preferred: Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
- Preferred: Experience with automation solutions and technical project management.
