Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of challenging projects, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews to impact proposed solutions.
- Partner with teams and vendors to set project priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts in delivering systems and automated equipment designs.
- Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans effectively.
- Articulate system designs and specifications to internal customers.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Process Engineering, or related roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT).
- Master’s degree preferred in Engineering or related STEM field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Technical leadership experience in industrial engineering projects.
