Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of cross-functional projects and deliver on objectives.
- Participate in engineering reviews and impact proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to set priorities and drive schedules.
- Lead execution efforts for systems and equipment designs.
- Conduct effective meetings and document discussions and decisions.
- Communicate project status and risk analysis to leadership.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in Project Engineering or related roles.
- Experience with managing automated equipment or integrated systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, etc.).
- Preferred Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation solutions such as conveyors and robotic work cells.
