Responsibilities
- Investigate customer problems and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Own the design, prototyping, and validation of bespoke solutions.
- Develop Build to Print packages for scaled production and conduct cost analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing teams to guide product development.
- Communicate findings and influence engineering teams through reports and presentations.
- Investigate new design and manufacturing technologies for product improvement.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities across customer teams.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- Experience leading new product introduction (NPI) teams.
- Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing and releasing Build to Print packages for manufacturing.
