Responsibilities
- Develop product designs from concept to production, including specification, design, prototyping, validation, and testing.
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations to ensure smooth product launches.
- Write functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
- Exhibit thorough engineering analysis and ownership of projects.
- Design holistic hardware solutions for complex problems with changing requirements.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, systems engineering, or related field.
- Experience with DFx (Design for cost, test, manufacturing).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
