Responsibilities
- Develop 3D and 2D mechanical designs for manufacturing ground support equipment.
- Lead design reviews and collaborate with multiple technical teams.
- Conduct research programs to evaluate manufacturing processes.
- Implement prototyping and production-level designs.
- Utilize Siemens NX and TeamCenter for design tasks.
- Apply GD&T and tolerance analysis in design work.
- Manage time and tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in NX, TeamCenter, and DFM processes.
- Experience with production fixturing and tooling.
- Knowledge of Ansys Finite Element analysis tool is preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary discussions and manage projects.
