Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Develop, manage, implement, and maintain MEP design standards.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HVAC.
- Implement strategies to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
- Manage issues, provide escalation management, and ensure delivery timelines.
- Document and present strategies and updates to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of Mechanical Engineering design experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Strong program management skills and ability to identify novel solutions.
