Responsibilities
- Own factory test line at FATP; develop software ecosystem for test controllers and cloud infrastructure.
- Define modular test strategies and analyze new product testability for manufacturing.
- Develop, qualify, and execute various RF system tests and ensure production control processes are employed.
- Automate testing processes using techniques like automated optical inspection and electrical testing.
- Compile and analyze production test data using big data analysis techniques.
- Drive factory test quality improvements and lead weekly calls with factories to monitor functional test yield.
- Provide feedback to hardware and software teams to ensure efficient design for manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- 3+ years of software programming experience in Linux for machine controllers.
- Experience programming in Python and familiarity with Linux, git, and UNIX command-line tools.
- Experience with RF products and in high volume manufacturing of consumer electronics with wireless connectivity is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in development or maintenance of manufacturing test or test fixtures.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel.
- Strong communication skills for project status updates to stakeholders.
