Responsibilities
- Own factory test line at FATP; develop software ecosystem for test controllers and reporting systems.
- Define modular test strategies and analyze new product testability for manufacturing partners.
- Develop and execute RF system testing, board calibration, and power testing.
- Automate processes using techniques such as optical inspection and electrical testing.
- Compile and analyze production test data using big data analysis techniques.
- Drive factory test quality improvements and monitor functional test yield.
- Travel to Asia to deliver test solutions and resolve issues with manufacturing partners.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- 3+ years of software programming experience in Linux for machine controllers.
- Experience programming in Python and familiarity with UNIX command-line tools.
- Experience with RF products and high-volume manufacturing in consumer electronics is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in development or maintenance of manufacturing test or test fixtures.
- Ability to communicate project status updates effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for work-related purposes.
