Responsibilities
- Own factory test line at FATP and develop software ecosystem for test controllers and cloud infrastructure.
- Define modular test strategies and deliver test solutions for new product introductions.
- Develop and execute RF system testing and ensure production control processes are employed.
- Automate processes using techniques like automated optical inspection and electrical testing.
- Compile and analyze production test data using big data analysis techniques.
- Drive factory test quality improvements and monitor functional test yield.
- Provide feedback to hardware and software development teams for future product designs.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- 3+ years of software programming experience in Linux for machine controllers.
- Experience programming in Python and with standard UNIX command-line tools.
- Experience with RF products and high-volume manufacturing in consumer electronics is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in the development or maintenance of manufacturing tests or test fixtures.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- Strong communication skills for project status updates to stakeholders.
