Responsibilities
- Own the factory test line and develop software ecosystem for test controllers and data reporting systems.
- Define modular test strategies and analyze new product testability for manufacturing partners.
- Develop and execute RF system testing and ensure production control processes are employed.
- Automate processes using techniques like automated optical inspection and electrical testing.
- Compile and analyze production test data using big data analysis techniques.
- Drive factory test quality improvements and monitor functional test yield.
- Provide feedback to hardware and software development teams for efficient manufacturing design.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- 3+ years of software programming experience in Linux for machine controllers.
- Experience programming in Python and familiarity with UNIX command-line tools.
- Experience with RF products and high volume manufacturing in consumer electronics is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in development or maintenance of manufacturing tests or fixtures.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel.
- Strong communication skills for project updates to stakeholders.
