Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct Cpk and capabilities analysis to improve yield and throughput.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting production issues.
- Utilize CAD software for designing manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Develop and update process documentation and flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to transition new products to production.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years in developing manufacturing and/or automation processes.
- Experience with prototyping and implementation.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys tools.
- Familiarity with industrial motion systems and AI applications.
- Experience with code languages, preferably Python.
