Responsibilities
- Manage the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Conduct Cpk and capabilities analysis to improve yield and throughput.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting production issues.
- Utilize CAD software for designing manufacturing tools and fixtures.
- Develop and update process documentation and flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams on new product transitions.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in developing manufacturing/automation processes.
- Experience with prototyping and implementation.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools.
- Familiarity with industrial motion systems and AI tool development.
- Proficiency in code languages, preferably Python.
