Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on materials testing using various characterization tools.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of industry experience.
- 2+ years of laboratory experience in materials testing or quality control preferred.
- Experience with packaging materials testing (e.g., paper, adhesives).
- Hands-on experience with testing equipment and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of standard test methods (TAPPI, ASTM, ISO, etc.).
- Ability to document experimental procedures and results clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
