Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
- Manage multiple engineering design projects from concept to design approval.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers on projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Ops Engineering team during installation and commissioning of designs.
- Work on a variety of projects including green-fields and retrofits.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, high-impact engineering environment.
Job Requirements
- Experience in design/innovation, R&D, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- Proven management of engineering design projects.
- Familiarity with material handling and storage systems.
- Proficiency in running SQL queries and data mining.
- Preferred Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of system architecture and optimization concepts.
- Experience with automated material handling equipment and Lean Principles.
