Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
- Own multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing them from concept realization through design approval.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers on assigned projects.
- Support the Ops Engineering team during the installation and commissioning of designed systems.
- Work on a variety of projects, including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits.
- Engage in high-impact, high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to template-based and custom-designed projects for automated fulfillment centers and logistics systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering (any domain).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex engineering challenges.
- Experience in project management and collaboration with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with automated material handling equipment and robotics is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the engineering field.
