Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams throughout the design process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept realization through design approval.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers during project execution.
- Support the Ops Engineering team during system installation and commissioning.
- Work on both new and retrofitted automated fulfillment centers and transportation systems.
- Engage in a fast-paced environment, contributing to numerous high-impact projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in design/innovation, R&D, or industrial engineering.
- Experience managing engineering design projects.
- Knowledge of system architecture and optimization.
- Familiarity with automated material handling equipment and high-speed manufacturing.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Preferred: Experience with Lean Principles and design-in-safety.
