Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
- Manage multiple engineering design projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers during project design.
- Support the Ops Engineering team during installation and commissioning of designs.
- Work on various projects including green-fields and brown-fields.
- Engage in a fast-paced environment, contributing to high-impact projects.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in design/innovation, R&D, or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience in managing engineering design projects.
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with automated material handling systems and high-speed manufacturing.
- Familiarity with design-in-safety principles.
- Understanding of Lean Principles in process design.
