Responsibilities
- Develop embedded software in assembly, C, and C++ for modem systems.
- Collaborate with ASIC, communication systems, and software teams for integration and testing.
- Adapt design and test activities based on HW/SW capabilities.
- Support end-to-end testing using lab equipment such as Vector Signal Generators and Analyzers.
- Validate link performance over key indicators using telemetry.
- Contribute to development-test bring up procedures with Linux and scripting.
- Maintain code and implement debugging and version control methodologies.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 4+ years of professional embedded software development in C/C++.
- Experience with script development in bash and python.
- Preferred MS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in software development for wireless communication systems.
- Knowledge of ethernet protocols and analysis tools like Wireshark.
- Familiarity with lab test equipment and modem system simulation.
