Responsibilities
- Conduct risk evaluations in line with ISO12100 and ANSI B11 practices.
- Advise engineering and operations teams on regulatory compliance and good engineering practices.
- Review and approve designs of new equipment and modifications.
- Manage compliance documentation and certification projects.
- Develop standardized processes for managing thermal event risks.
- Lead incident investigations related to thermal events.
- Train and mentor stakeholders on thermal risk management and safety practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) from accredited institutions.
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in program strategy and delivery.
- Knowledge of international safety standards and certification processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and experience in Distribution Center or Manufacturing settings.
