Responsibilities
- Perform circuit design and analysis for satellite power and avionics subsystems.
- Perform ECAD schematic capture of circuit designs.
- Lead design reviews of hardware systems including architecture and PCB layout reviews.
- Develop bring-up test plans and lead qualification and production test plan development.
- Lead debug efforts for avionics and power subsystems.
- Support subsystem production ramp and larger system integration.
- Instill best practices across the full development lifecycle as a technical leader.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in hardware development across the full product life cycle.
- Experience with PCB design and debugging, including microprocessors and sensors.
- Knowledge of complex board designs and high-reliability designs.
- Experience with schematic and layout ECAD tools.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in hardware development and a Master's degree in electrical engineering.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or C/C++.
