Responsibilities
- Execute product designs from concept to production, including design, prototyping, validation, testing, and certification.
- Lead and support a technical team on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate activities within the engineering discipline for projects.
- Ensure effective coordination with other engineering disciplines.
- Develop functional specifications, design verification plans, and test procedures.
- Architect and implement complex embedded systems and circuit designs.
- Support product releases to manufacturing and customer deployments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical, firmware, and system-level design.
- Expertise in schematic entry, layout tools, and design for manufacturability.
- Familiarity with OrCAD Capture and Cadence Allegro tool flow is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong understanding of technical principles in Electrical Engineering.
- Commitment to meeting industry standards for functionally safe control systems (IEC 61508).
