Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCBAs and breakout boards for complex electrical systems.
- Create detailed electrical schematics using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD).
- Review and provide feedback on PCB layouts to ensure signal integrity and manufacturability.
- Interface with PCBA manufacturers to communicate design requirements and quality standards.
- Validate prototype and production boards through systematic testing and debugging.
- Define comprehensive test strategies for electrical systems and components.
- Troubleshoot signal integrity issues, power distribution problems, and component failures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in PCBA design and development.
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, or similar).
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Familiarity with electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
- Experience with PCB manufacturing processes and industry standards (IPC).
- Strong debugging skills with a methodical problem-solving approach.
