Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor teams responsible for GNC and propulsion software development.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams for system integration.
- Develop and execute high-level strategic initiatives while managing project complexities.
- Anticipate project bottlenecks and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Break down large projects into manageable tasks with functional specifications.
- Drive cross-disciplinary product development with a focus on technical excellence.
- Ensure successful delivery of systems on time and to scope, maintaining high quality.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with space flight vehicle development and operation.
- Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in satellite or aerospace manufacturing and production.
- Strong background in software management and systems engineering.
- Preferred Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and thermal engineering techniques for spacecraft.
- Experience with orbital mechanics and space traffic coordination.
