Responsibilities
- Execute product designs from concept to production, including design, prototyping, validation, testing, and certification.
- Lead and support a technical team on multiple projects in parallel.
- Coordinate engineering activities for projects and ensure effective cross-discipline collaboration.
- Write and develop functional specifications, design verification plans, and test procedures.
- Architect, design, and implement complex embedded systems and systems debugging.
- Support product releases to manufacturing and customer deployments.
- Establish development processes to meet industry standards for functionally safe control systems.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical, firmware, and system-level design.
- Ability to lead a technical team of electrical engineers.
- Expertise in schematic entry, layout tools, and design for manufacturability.
- Experience designing high-volume printed circuit boards and complex schematics.
- Proficient with PSPICE for analog circuit simulation.
- Strong ability to transition between system-level and detailed design work.
