Responsibilities
- Lead a team through satellite integration operations.
- Implement test requirements and design satellite integration work cells.
- Plan workstation layouts and material flow for satellite integration.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and test processes.
- Interface with facilities personnel for payload processing.
- Author and implement work instructions and standard processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, material science, or physics.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly and testing.
- Ability to obtain a US Passport and meet customs entry requirements.
- Must pass Kennedy Space Center background check.
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams in product design execution.
- Familiarity with satellite builds and launch operations.
