Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians through satellite integration operations.
- Design and establish the satellite integration work cell.
- Implement test requirements and process controls for satellite integration.
- Plan workstation layouts and material flow for optimized processing.
- Automate testing of satellites and improve integration processes.
- Author work instructions and standard processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, material science, or physics.
- Knowledge of engineering practices for software/hardware/network development.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Preferred: Master's degree in relevant fields.
- Preferred: 2+ years of hardware design and validation experience.
- Knowledge of schematic design and debugging skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
