Responsibilities
- Plan workstation layouts for satellite integration to optimize processing rates.
- Implement manufacturing processes for satellite integration and material flow.
- Integrate satellites onto dispensers and conduct automated testing.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and test processes.
- Author and implement work instructions and standard processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Lead the team on the shop floor during satellite integration operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of engineering practices for software/hardware/network development life cycles.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in hardware design and validation.
- Knowledge of schematic design and debug skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and address root causes of failures.
