Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians through satellite integration operations.
- Plan workstation layouts and material flow for satellite integration.
- Integrate satellites onto dispensers and automate testing using various EGSE.
- Continuously improve satellite integration and test processes.
- Author and implement work instructions and standard processes.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with facilities personnel for setup and maintenance of equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of engineering practices for hardware/software integration and real-time systems.
- Experience with hardware design and validation of components and systems.
- Familiarity with schematic design and debug skills.
- Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience in hardware design and validation.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% annually for business needs.
