Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians through satellite receiving and offload operations.
- Author and update work instructions for manufacturing processes.
- Perform electrical test validation and battery charging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety requirements and standards.
- Mentor new and junior team members.
- Resolve anomalies and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
- General knowledge of Lean, 5S, Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with mechanical design, assembly, and testing.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. unassisted.
- Experience working with space flight hardware.
- Familiarity with electrically energized systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
