Responsibilities
- Perform 3D modeling and prepare technical documents and design annotations.
- Model equipment in alignment with allocated volumes and interfaces for traction products.
- Conduct detailed design on internal subsystems.
- Manage requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare documentation for design reviews and support project design gates.
- Check the quality of design documentation and subcontractors' designs.
- Plan and lead mechanical design activities for assigned projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in traction mechanical engineering (preferably in the transportation industry).
- Knowledge of 3D/2D CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Catia V5 (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with global teams.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic engineering environment.
- English proficiency for technical meetings.
