Responsibilities
- Convert strategic intent into operational plans and execution frameworks.
- Oversee readiness and allocation of personnel and equipment for tests.
- Manage on-range execution, ensuring safety and communication during live-fire events.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and government representatives during tests.
- Manage operational documentation and lead post-event recovery and insights.
- Synchronize complex operations under high-tempo conditions.
- Enforce disciplined execution and manage parallel tasks in fast-paced environments.
Job Requirements
- Experience in test operations or military/defense live-fire environments.
- Strong understanding of safety processes and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary operations.
- Active Secret clearance or higher.
- Direct experience with autonomous systems or robotics in live-fire environments.
- Background in counter-UAS or weapon system evaluation.
- Prior military service with experience in international partner evaluations.
