Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for system components.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software and statistical analysis tools to model processes and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
- Lead root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage equipment setup, validation, and maintenance for manufacturing tools.
- Conduct process capability studies and ensure data reliability for quality assessments.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis and statistical tools.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and process simulation.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
