Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Health, Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Operate the facility in compliance with Air Liquide policies.
- Provide visible HSE leadership and champion safety initiatives.
- Perform process troubleshooting and recommend improvements.
- Manage site turnarounds and execute maintenance activities.
- Assist in developing plant budget needs and economic justifications for projects.
- Ensure operating procedures are understood and followed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial production facility.
- Ability to wear personal safety equipment and perform physical tasks.
- Preferred experience in utilities, air gas, chemical, or refinery production.
