Responsibilities
- Manage the JIRA-based test request pipeline, triage priorities, and align resources
- Oversee the engineering robot fleet: allocation, configuration, maintenance, and readiness
- Define and track fleet metrics (uptime, usage, failure modes) and deliver clear reporting
- Lead sprint planning, scrum boards, and retrospectives for the SEIT team
- Lead Issue Triage meetings and drive issue closure
- Coordinate release readiness reviews across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and field operations
- Track and report key metrics: test execution rate, defect discovery rate, requirements verification status
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in hardware project/program management (robotics, system integration, or related)
- Strong JIRA expertise (workflows, dashboards, sprint planning)
- Experience managing hardware/software systems or test assets at scale
- Experience in issue management
- Analytical, organized, and data-driven with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's in engineering, project management, or related field
- Bonus points for experience in humanoid robotics, autonomous systems, or complex mechatronics
