Responsibilities
- Own automotive reliability and qualification strategy for LiDAR systems.
- Define and execute DV/PV test plans aligned with relevant standards.
- Lead environmental and life testing including thermal cycling and mechanical shock.
- Perform and lead failure analysis working with cross-functional teams.
- Own automotive EMC compliance and robustness testing.
- Plan and technically represent the company at third-party EMC test labs.
- Act as the automotive validation point person for assigned LiDAR programs.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
- 5+ years of automotive hardware validation experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 16750, CISPR 25, and related standards.
- Experience supporting OEM technical reviews or audits.
- Strong documentation skills and experience with ADAS sensors.
- Familiarity with DFMEA and robustness validation.
- Experience coordinating multiple test labs across DV/PV phases.
